1. Introducere
Bine ati venit pe platforma InMotion App! Acesti Termeni si Conditii reglementeaza utilizarea platformei noastre de catre membri si sunt meniti sa asigure o experienta sigura si pozitiva pentru toti utilizatorii.

2. Acceptarea Termenilor

Sunteti responsabil pentru mentinerea confidentialitatii datelor de autentificare si pentru toate activitatile care se desfasoara sub contul dumneavoastra. InMotion EManagement SRL nu este responsabila pentru prejudiciile care pot aparea din cauza nerespectarii acestei obligatii.

5. Drepturi de Proprietate Intelectuala
Toate drepturile, titlurile si interesele asupra continutului si software-ului platformei apartin InMotion EManagement SRL. Utilizatorii nu pot copia, modifica, distribui, vinde sau inchiria nici o parte a serviciilor sau a software-ului asociat.

6. Restrictii
Este interzisa utilizarea platformei pentru orice scop ilegal sau neautorizat. De asemenea, utilizatorii nu trebuie sa transmita virusi sau coduri daunatoare.

7. Modificari ale Serviciului si Termenilor
